Midal Specialty Wire is a wholly owned subsidiary of Midal Cables B.S.C. (C), Bahrain and is another landmark phase of Midal’s vision in Aluminum Downstream Industry.
Midal Specialty Wire manufactures Aluminum wires for specialized applications. This new plant is to manufacture aluminum wire with diameter sizes less than 3.2 mm directly from molten metal.
The entire manufacturing process undergoes in line with Midal’s already established International Standards to maintain highest stable and consistent product quality.
Midal Specialty Wire produces aluminum wire for mechanical applications like welding wire, aluminum mesh and others with variety of alloys such as 5052, 5356, 4043, 5154 and 4045.
Initially we will take a well equipped Product Testing Facility available at Midal Cables to take care of the product validation and quality test requirements.
The Manufacturing Plant consists of an Aluminum Alloy Mixing at 1200 Degree Centigrade in Furnace followed by Casting & Rolling operation based on high quality extremely pure Primary Liquid Aluminum from the nearby smelter - ALBA.
