Midal Cables is proud to provide transmission line conductor to Ten West Link project. Recently the Biden-Harris administration had announced the Interior Department’s approval for construction of the Ten West Link Transmission Line project, which will facilitate increased renewable energy development and delivery in Arizona and California.

This decision authorizes a 200-foot-wide, 50-year right-of-way (ROW) grant to DCR Transmission, LLC, (DCRT) to construct, operate, and maintain a 500-kilovolt (kV) alternating current overhead transmission line. The Project would be 126 miles long, beginning at the Arizona Public Service Company (APS) Delaney Substation near Tonopah, Arizona, and terminating at the Southern California Edison (SCE) Colorado River Substation near Blythe, California; approximately 104 miles of the route is in Arizona, and 22 miles is in California.

This prestigious project being supplied through EC Source to DCRT adds to many such projects that Midal Cables has had the opportunity to be associated with in North America.

Midal Cables is one of the world's largest manufacturers of bare aluminum overhead conductor, made in their 4 factories, with supplies to more than 60 countries world-wide.
