Midal Cables Convenes Annual Group-Level Management Review Meeting

Midal Cables successfully convened its Annual Group-Level Management Review Meeting, bringing together members of the executive management and senior leadership teams from across the Group’s international operations.

Held under the theme “Reflect. Align. Advance.”, the meeting served as a structured platform to review the Group’s performance for 2025, align strategic priorities and organizational directions at the company level, and move forward with a unified vision for the next phase.

The session was chaired and facilitated by Mr. Khalid Abdul Latif, Group Chief Executive Officer, and featured comprehensive discussions on the Group’s achievements during 2025, key challenges, and opportunities to enhance performance across the business. The leadership team also reviewed the Group’s strategic objectives for 2026, with a focus on strengthening safety culture, elevating the framework for building and developing capabilities and competencies, leveraging artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency, reinforcing financial discipline, and advancing initiatives aimed at increasing production capacity at the Group level.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Khalid Abdul Latif stated:
