Midal Cables Celebrates Its Annual Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Week 2013
Under the full support of its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mohammed Mustafa Rafea, Midal Cables celebrated its annual Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Week from 26th to 30th May 2013 in Askar, Bahrain.
In his speech on this occasion, Mr. Rafea said that the SHE Week celebration is a highlight event in Midal’s annual calendar wherein the Top Management reiterates its total commitment to provide safety and environmental-friendly working conditions within the company. He expressed his appreciation to all employees of Midal Cables for concern with safety, health and environment issues. Furthermore, Mr. Rafea instructed all employees to be actively involved in a proactive approach to safety in order to achieve zero accident monthly.
On this special occasion, numerous SHE Week activities had been participated by most of the employees such as SHE Drawing Competition, Fire Fighting Competition and Walkathon.
Several SHE Seminars had been conducted and attended by Midal Employees.
Finally, during the closing ceremony of the SHE Week 2013, numbers of employees from different departments had been awarded for their best performance in safety, health and environment.
